Sometimes, things don't work as expected. You can submit a bug report, feedback, or suggestion.

Reporting a Bug or Giving Feedback

1. Go to the Help menu and choose LucidTime Feedback.
2. Your email client will open with a new email with certain fields (address, subject) already filled in.
3. Complete the email and send it.

At the very minimum, you will receive an acknowledgement email in return. Depending upon your issue, you may receive another email requesting more information.
